This is a self-updating shortcut that renames itself to show the latest unknown caller status, suitable for 2x1 control center or home screen widgets. It uses visual emojis 🟢🔴 as a workaround since unknown caller widgets don't display actual status.
Note: If the phone settings page is open, unknown caller settings won't update to actual status after running the shortcut until after exiting and checking again, this is a known iOS bug.
