Im having an issue triggering it via a text message. I’ve sent the message from my gf’s phone but the shortcut doesn’t activate.

I am a little confused about the aeroplane mode turn off combined with the triggering the shortcut by SMS. If the thief turns on aeroplane mode then how will you trigger this by SMS?
