I’ve found this to be useful with Siri since no button presses or phone unlocks are necessary. This should be true as long as *Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Allow access when locked > Siri* is turned on. Also make sure the setting in this shortcut to *Allow running when locked* is turned on.
