Open App Ratings Settings

Helps streamline the installation process for apps like Hot Tub. Automatically open the Settings app and navigates to the content restrictions page, making it easier to change Apple's default content restrictions settings, enabling the use of unrated (porn) apps. Manually, this is rather tedious: 1. Open the Settings app 2. Go to Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions 3. Turn Content & Privacy Restrictions ON (if it's off) 4. Tap App Store, Media, Web & Games → Apps 5. Change the rating to Unrated
